Bachelor’s degree program in Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technologies

Program Description

The Bachelor’s program in Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technologies at Alnoor University is a specialized academic and engineering program aimed at preparing engineers with the knowledge and skills required to design and develop intelligent systems and to apply artificial intelligence technologies across various industrial, medical, commercial, and service sectors. The program integrates computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, robotics, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, enabling graduates to innovate intelligent solutions that contribute to supporting digital transformation and sustainable development.

      • Preparing engineers who possess a strong scientific and engineering foundation in artificial intelligence technologies.
      • Developing skills in designing and developing intelligent systems and machine learning applications.
      • Preparing students to use data science and data analysis in building intelligent models.

Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technology (B.Sc.)

  • Level 6 of the Iraqi National Qualifications Framework (INQF), or its equivalent, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Students are admitted in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the approved admission regulations. 

Requirements for the Award of the Bachelor's Degree:

  • Completion of all required credit hours.
  • Successful completion of all courses.
  • Commitment to university regulations and instructions.
  • Completion of the field training requirements, if applicable.

Prior learning or coursework completed at recognized educational institutions may be credited in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Alnoor University.

The program coordinator is responsible for supervising the implementation of the study plan, monitoring the achievement of learning outcomes, ensuring the quality of the program, and developing curricula in line with the latest developments in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and intelligent systems. The coordinator also manages coordination among faculty members and students, oversees laboratories and practical training, and ensures compliance with academic accreditation requirements and quality assurance policies at Alnoor University.
